Model Overview

Associates serve as regional points of contact within this model, working in collaboration with the central office to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Scope of the Associate Role
Associates:
Serve as the first point of contact for students in their designated region.
Respond to initial inquiries and provide general information about services.
Facilitate referrals to the central office for specialized advising.
May maintain communication where appropriate to support continuity in the relationship.
Operate within established training and organizational guidelines.
Associates do not:
Provide immigration or visa advising.
Operate outside their defined scope of training and authorization.
Training & Support
Structured onboarding is provided.
A handbook and operational guidance are available.
Ongoing collaboration and support are integrated into the role.
Expectations
Associates are expected to demonstrate:
Professional conduct and ethical standards.
Reliability and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities.
Clear and timely communication.
Alignment with organizational values and framework.
The ability to work independently within a structured system.
Compensation
This role operates within a performance-based compensation model.
