2. Scope of Services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Respond to communications promptly

  • Respect deadlines and procedural requirements

  • Ensure documents are valid

4. Fees & Payments

  • Deposits are required to begin services. After the initial consultation stage, full payment must be received before any further services are provided.

  • Payments are due according to the terms outlined in invoices.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • All fees are independent of admissions or visa outcomes.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins

  • Completed stages (consultations, document reviews) are non-refundable

  • Unused stages may be refunded proportionally

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days

  • Fees are independent of admissions or visa outcomes

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

  • We cannot guarantee admission or visa approval.

  • Final decisions rest with schools or immigration authorities.

  • Services are advisory; clients remain responsible for submissions.

  • Regulatory Status: Janes Consulting is not registered with RISIA; our services are independent and provided in a professional and ethical manner.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. All information is kept confidential and used solely to provide consulting services.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved under Canadian law.
